1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VoxPost ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VoxPost is a voice-to-content tool that lets you record spoken thoughts and transform them into refined social media content using AI. The App provides voice recording, transcription, AI-powered text refinement, content templates, and integration with X (Twitter) for importing posts to reply to.

3. Account & Authentication

You must sign in with a valid Apple or Google account to use VoxPost. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-in and to not share your account credentials with others.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

VoxPost offers a free tier with limited monthly usage (replies, posts, and refinements). Premium features — including unlimited refinements, all refinement styles and tones, and multi-language support — are available through paid subscriptions (Pro and Power tiers).

  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's store settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoxPost to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
  • Abuse the free tier by creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create with VoxPost, including your voice recordings, transcriptions, and refined text. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (transcription, AI refinement, and storage).

You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish using VoxPost. We do not review or moderate the content you generate before you share it on external platforms.

7. AI-Generated Content

VoxPost uses artificial intelligence to refine and transform your spoken words into written content. You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated output may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You should review all refined content before sharing it.
  • You are responsible for any content you post on social media or other platforms, even if it was generated or refined by the App.
  • AI refinement results may vary and are not guaranteed to match any specific expectation.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including OpenAI (transcription), X/Twitter (post importing), Apple and Google (authentication and payments), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The VoxPost name, logo, design, and underlying technology (excluding your content) are owned by VoxPost and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The templates, refinement styles, and AI models provided by the App may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed.

10. Disclaimers

VoxPost is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription and AI refinement will always produce accurate results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxPost and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm from content you publish using the App.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VoxPost at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and disclaimers will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
